Zel smiled as he snuggled closer to the vivicious red head. All was right with the world, in his mind. He had found heaven, and paradise was where he planned to stay till his dying day. He placed a soft kiss upon his dozing bed mate and dallied with ideas of thier future together.
Lina stretched like a cta and wiggled against her lover. She opened her eyes to meet his shining, love filled gaze and blushed.
"Hi" she whispered, feeling at peace for probably the first time in her life.
"I love you." Zel answered.
Blushing more, "I heard." she remarked with a shy smile.
Zel sat up and released her long enough to retreve a small box from his pant's pocket. Clasping her hands he began. "lina I feel that i've known you my whole life. You're like a piece of my heart and soul I've been missing and i can't imagine living another minute, let alone another day, with out you being a part of it. Lina what I'm trying to say is... I Love You... please, "he opened the box to reveal a beautiful ring, "say you'll be my wife. marry me Lina Inverse!"
Lina was speachless as she looked at the ring to Zel and back. Tears began to form and her heart swelled with a feeling she barely remembered. "Oh.. Zel." She lunged and stole his breath away with a deep, soul searing kiss.
"Uh.. do I take that as a yes?" Zel gasped.
"Yes." She answered,and kissed him again.
