When he last left our heroes, Carbunkle had finally returned! But he's smushed in a small cage. Oh well who gives a damn, let's get to the story.
(Carbunkle: (glares at Relm)
Relm: Yeah you can tell whose writing this intro...)
"We can't kick the cage around! Mister Carbunkle could get hurt!" Amelia dramatically cries out.
"Oh I know.... That's the fun in it..." Relm evilly grinned.
Carbunkle grumbles in something that was very muffled.
"Yeah, yeah whatever. " Relm shushed Carbunkle off.
"But we've still got a problem here. How are we going to get him out of that cage without hurting him?"
"Why does it matter if we hurt him or not?" Story pops in out of nowhere.
"I still don't like you from the last hit fic and the holiday fic." Relm pulls out an insanely large heavy hammer, which she dropped on Story's head. "There, all better now..."
While everyone is busy trying to figure out how to get Carbunkle out the little cage that he was stuck in Topaz and Ruby grab the cage and started kicking the cage around like a soccer ball.
(Relm: Exactly would your siblings be doing this?
Carbunkle: ...?)
Topaz gives the cage a really big boot and it goes flying into a magic portal that Blank had just popped out of. In fact the cage only nearly missed her face by less then an inch.
"Huh?" Is all that she says as the green glob goes flying by her.
Topaz leans over to Ruby and whispers. "I think I'd better go get him before anyone notices."
Just as Topaz is about to go into the portal Relm turns around and looks at Topaz. "What are you doing? And where's your annoying brother like thing?"
Instead of answering Topaz quickly zips into the portal before she could say anything.
"AHHHHH!!!! Damn him! Wait, Blank was that the-"
"Yes it was..."
"Damnit we have to stop him!"
Blank, Relm and Death suit up in battle gear. "Let's roll, lock and load." Relm dawns a pair of dark men in blackish sunglasses and loads up the hugest gun you've ever seen.
They quickly dash into the portal.
"Hmmmmmm did anyone get that?" Lina exclaimed.
"Now that I think about it whenever Relm or the others leave there is always a flash of light and a portal." Gourry exclaimed.
"WHAT!" Lina shouted. "Why didn't you mention it before?"
"I didn't think it was important."
Smoke starts to come out of Lina's ears. "WHAT?! You didn't think four people disappearing into giant glowing portals was important?! Come on lets see where they went!" Lina and the others walk into the portal.
Topaz exits the portal and sees the cage that is laying on the ground. As he walks over to the cage he notices it has been busted open. Topaz looks over and sees a guy laying on the ground. "Oww my head!" The guy gets up and looks over at Topaz. "What the... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH what the hell are you doing here?!?!?!"
Just then a boy walks up to Topaz grabbing him by the ear. "Mommy, Mommy I want one too!" The little boy tugs real hard on Topaz's ear.
"Yeoooow that hurt. Take this!" But before Topaz could blast the poor child the stranger grabs topaz and runs off.
"What do you think you are doing Topaz you idiot?!" The stranger yells at Topaz.
"Who do you think you are?" Topaz says to the strange man.
"What do yo -- " The stranger suddenly seems to realize something.
"What's your problem and how do you know my name anyway?!" Just then a car zooms right by Topaz. "AHHHH!!!! GIANT ROLLING DRAGON!! EVERYONE RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!" And then Topaz looks around and realizes that there are hundreds of giant rolling dragons. "AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"
The strange guy had been harassing Topaz bonks him on the head and drags him off to the middle of a park nearby.
Relm and the others come through the portal to notice that neither Carbunkle nor Topaz were anywhere in sight.
"Damn now where do those two go?!"
"You know it would be really bad if someone saw Topaz...." Death mused.
"Yes Death, so that's why we need to find them... now! So let's get looking!"
"But where do we start?"
"Well they couldn't have gotten too far."
"Hey I just thought of something, if Carbunkle was stuck in that cage as an esper, wouldn't that mean he's now..."
Relm starts to burst out with laughter.
"Nice to see you care." Carbunkle says sneaking up behind Relm.
"Damnit.... So where's Topaz?"
"Right here." Carbunkle holds up Topaz for everyone to see.
"Why is he unconscious?"
"Because the giant rolling dragons were freaking him out."
Blank blinks in confusion. "Huh?"
"I'll explain later. Let's get him out of here first."
The five of them go back to where Carbunkle had originally dragged Topaz out to. Carbunkle threw Topaz on the ground in front of them.
(Relm: Gee you're nice to your own brother... note the sarcasm.
Carbunkle: Um technically... he's not my brother right now.
Relm: Details, details...)
Meanwhile back at the landing point.
"AHHHH!!! ANOTHER ONE!!!! DIGGER VOLT!!!" And thus Lina and the gang proceed to blow up yet another giant rolling dragon....
