When we last left our heroes, Carbunkle was free from his cage (much to Relm's dismay) but Topaz had unfortunately stumbled into... reality.
(Carbunkle: It's not good when fiction and reality merge, things have a tendency to get strange, as you'll notice. Oh and just in case you are wondering 'Floppy' is Relm's stuffed animal, it's a dog.
Relm: Cute little yellow and red doggy with floppy ears! ^_^ Oh he's so cute!!
Carbunkle: Ugh... can we just start the story now? If they really want to know what happened in the last part they'll read it. And besides I don't know how much more of Mr. Floppy I can take.
Floppy: ^o^)
Now let us continue the tale...
Relm, Carbunkle, Death, Blank and the unconscious Topaz, head back through the portal back to RSBI.
When they arrived they noticed that Lina and company were no where to be seen.
"AHHHH!!! WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY?!?!?!!?!?!"
"Uhh.. I dunno." Ruby says sneaking up on Carbunkle.
"AHHH!!!! Pink goblin!!!! I mean Ruby!!! Don't do that!!! What do you mean you don't know where everyone went?!"
"Well after you see when Topaz kicked you into that portal and Relm and the rest of you went after him, Lina and everyone else followed as well." Ruby shrugs. "Where does that portal go anyway?"
"They went WHERE?!?!? Oh dear god!!! Oh the humanity!!! Not good, this is not good!"
"You do realize this is all your fault don't know." Relm glares at Carbunkle.
"How is this my fault?!?! I was stuck in a flippin cage for god's sake!!!" Carbunkle rants back.
"Well if you hadn't piss that person off you wouldn't have been kidnapped in the first place."
"It's Story, how am I supposed to be nice to Story?!"
"It wasn't Story that put you in that cage Carbunkle. Remember someone kidnapped you from Story that you pissed off and that person put you in that cage. If you don't believe me go ahead and read the previous parts."
Carbunkle rolls his eyes. "Fine!! Blame this on me! It's not like I care!!"
Blank goes to say something but for some strange reason no noise came out of her mouth.
Death goes to laugh at her but nothing comes out of his mouth either!
"What the hell is going on here?!" Carbunkle exclaims in confusion.
"They are not here to contribute, therefore they cannot speak."
"Fine then let's just leave them and go get the others." Carbunkle throws Topaz to Ruby. "Watch him, he's kinda unconscious at that moment. I kinda had to hit him... hard."
"Ewwww!" Ruby drops Topaz on the ground... hard.
"Alright let's go!"
Carbunkle and Relm dash off into the portal which closes after them. The camera pans over to Death.
(Death: Go away I'm playing Gameboy Advanced.
Carbunkle: Yeah MY gameboy advanced.
Death: {Death ignores Carbunkle})
Relm and Carbunkle appear from the portal into Carbunkle's room.
"Hey -- what the hell are we doing here?!" Carbunkle screams.
"It's your room, moron." Carbunkle's real little sister walks by his doorway.
Relm eyes the room in suspicious. To her right she notices something very strange. She picks up the object and turns around to eye Carbunkle with an evil glare. "Carbunkle..."
"What?"
"What is THIS doing in your room?!?!?!?!" Relm shoves her little Floppy doggy animal in Carbunkle's face.
(Carbunkle: You had to find someway to get Floppy into this fic didn't you? -_- Don't go blaming this on me! Maybe it followed you.
Relm: Floppy is a stuffed animal, he can't move on his own free will.
Carbunkle: Well it wasn't me!
Floppy: ^o^
Relm and Carbunkle: ????)
"You left it here."
"No I did not!!"
"Well I don't want it, take it back anyway!"
Relm rolls her eyes and tucks Floppy away in her coat. "Alright we've got work to do, do you have any idea on where we could start looking?"
"Hey B****** have you checked the news lately? It's quite strange, for some strange reason a whole bunch of people's cars have been exploding. Oh hello C*******, didn't know you were here." Carbunkle's mother says while coming up to B- I mean Carbunkle's room.
(Carbunkle: Yeah, haha C --
Relm: I have no idea what you are talking about.)
"I just dropped by. So do they have any idea on why those cars have been exploding?"
"There is a gang of teenagers that have been pulling people out of cars and then blowing them up."
Both Carbunkle and Relm sweatdrop.
"Um this gang... it wasn't being led by a short redhead was it?"
"Why yes that you mention it, they are."
Carbunkle looks at Relm and then the two proceed to run out the house.
"Carbunkle, we didn't ask your mom where these cars are being blown up at." Relm states as they reach outside.
Suddenly there's a loud explosion and an airborne car just a block or two away from them.
"I'd say over that way would be a safe bet. Let's go."
Relm and Carbunkle go running off to where all the noise is.
Topaz wakes up in a groggy state with a pink blurry fuzzy like thing hovering over him. "AHHHH!!!! GIANT ROLLING DRAGON DON'T LET IT EAT ME!!!"
"Great, first I'm called a pink goblin, now I'm a ‘giant rolling dragon' I must have the strangest family in the world..." Ruby grumbles under her breathe.
Lina blasts another car when she is tackled by two strangers.
"God damnit Lina stop that!!!" The male of the two cried out.
"Who the hell are you?!?! And get off me!!!"
The two get off her and others surround them with battle ready stances.
"Wait you guys it's us!!" The female stranger yells out.
Everyone pauses for a moment. Though they had no idea who these two were, they couldn't deny that her voice seemed far too familiar to ignore.
"Alright so now what? We found them, but now they want to kill us."
"Shut up Carbunkle!"
"Damn you Relm you weren't supposed to say my name!"
"So it's suddenly okay for you to say mine?"
"D'oh!"
Everyone looks at 'Carbunkle' and 'Relm' in confusion.
"What the hell is going on here?!"
"No time to explain, gotta go now!" Relm creates a vacuum like portal that sucks them all in.
Moments later they are all back in RSBI.
"What the -- how did we get back here?" Lina verbal ponders.
"Now don't you guys ever do that again!! It's very important that you guys don't go messing around in the real world." Relm scolds Lina and the others.
"Wait a minute, was that really you and Carbunkle...? You were shorter, and Carbunkle.. well Carbunkle looked a lot like Br -- " Xellos starts to say but is cut off by Carbunkle.
"SHUT UP!!!" Carbunkle whaps Xellos over the head.
"And what were those things, the giant rolling dragons?" Zelgadis asks Relm.
"Yeah that's right honey, I want to know about those too." Gourry says coming up right next to Zel with his arm draped over his shoulder.
Zelgadis grabs Gourry's arm, throws him up in the air and sends him flying with one very swift kick.
"Relm, do we have our powers back yet?"
"Yes Carbunkle we do."
"Good... You are all getting sleepy..." Carbunkle puts everyone to sleep. Well not everyone. He did try to put Relm to sleep along with them but she just got annoyed and hit him over the head with a couch.
"Oww! Well a least I solved this problem, when they wake up we can tell them that this was all just a bad dream."
"But how exactly is trying to put me to sleep along with the others, also part of solving the problem?!"
"I dunno, just thought it would be fun."
Before Relm could say anything, something jumps out from her coat pocket.
"Floppy, flop flop!" Floppy beams with a large smile.
"AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! EVIL DOG!!! EVIL DOG!!!" Carbunkle screams in terror.
